RULES FOR SELECTION

The Loyalty Awards 2017 Plebiscite will be divided into the following stages:
(online terms and conditions available HERE)
  1. SUBMITTING NOMINATIONS

All of the Plebiscite’s participants will receive individual links to a survey, where they will be asked to choose 3 best loyalty projects on the Polish market, in 5 categories proposed by the Organiser.

  2. 5 BEST ACTIVITIES IN ALL CATEGORIES

Three projects in all categories with the highest number of votes automatically qualify for the second stage of the Plebiscite. Moreover, the Awards Committee will choose another two nominees for this stage. The Committee may nominate one project that was not submitted by the Plebiscite’s Participants during the initial stage. The second nomination granted by the Committee has to be chosen from among the projects chosen by the Participants of the Plebiscite in stage one.

  3. MOTIVATION SURVEY

Representatives of programmes nominated in stage 1 will receive a survey from the Organiser. There, they will be asked to provide basic information about the programme, justifying its qualification for the award.

  4. VOTING ON THE NOMINATIONS

THE AWARDS COMMITTEE: After the stage 3 surveys are submitted, the Committee assesses their compliance with previously determined criteria, and votes for the nominees. The projects can be awarded from 1 to 5 points. The winning project will have the highest number of points (5) – partial rating of the Committee.

PARTICIPANTS: All the Participants invited to the first stage of the Plebiscite (as well as people whom they have recommended, that are willing to take part in the voting) will receive a personalised link to the survey, where they choose a single, best loyalty project in each of the 5 categories. They will be able to award from 1 to 5 points in each category, with 5 as the maximum number of points – partial rating of the Participants.

During the second stage of the Plebiscite, the Participants cannot vote for programmes in which they or their (former or current) companies were engaged.

  5. CHOOSING THE WINNERS

Votes cast for particular nominees by both the Committee and the Participants are summed up. The winner is the programme with the highest number of votes. The Committee’s vote counts for 50% of the final number of points, the remaining 50% is the vote of Participants. In case of a draw, the Participants’ vote decides.

  6. GALA AND PRESENTING AWARDS

The winners will be announced during the official Gala Loyalty Awards 2017, scheduled for 19th April 2018 in Kraków, at 20:00.
