LOYALTY AWARDS

REWARDING LOYALTY SPELLED WITH A CAPITAL L

For the third time, the community of professionals in building client loyalty is going to choose the best projects and undertakings in the area of loyalty activities, conducted in 2016 in Poland.

The Plebiscite is organised in cooperation with Kantar TNS. Substantive correctness of the projects will be supervised by the Awards Committee including practitioners of loyalty management, whose companies do not participate in the Plebiscite.

The laureates of the 2016 edition were: IKEA FAMILY, STATOIL EXTRA, MÓJ EMPIK, PROGRAM ZIELONOMOCNI, PRICELESS SPECIALS MASTERCARD POLAND and PROGRAM VITAY.

RULES OF THE PLEBISCITE

STAGE 1

SUBMITTING NOMINATIONS

All plebiscite’s participants receive personalised links to a survey where they point out 3 best projects in a given category. All the projects are based in Poland and pertain to building client loyalty. They have been divided into 6 categories by the Organiser.

STAGE 2

5 BEST ACTIVITIES IN EACH OF THE CATEGORIES

Three projects with the biggest amount of votes in each of the categories are automatically nominated to participate in the second stage of the Plebiscite. Apart from this, the Awards Committee will nominate two more projects from each category to the second stage. The Committee may nominate one project in each category that was not chosen by the Participants in the nominations stage. The second nomination has to be granted to one of the projects chosen by the Plebiscite’s Participants during the first stage.

STAGE 3

MOTIVATION SUBSTANTIATING SURVEY

Representatives of programmes that received nominations in the 1st stage are going to receive a survey including a request to present basic information about the programme that will justify its nomination to the award.

STAGE 4

VOTING FOR NOMINATIONS

KAPITUŁA:COMMITTEE: After receiving filled-in surveys from the Nominees of the 1st Stage of the Plebiscite the Committee assesses their compliance with a set of established criteria and casts votes for the nominees. Members of the Committee can award a project with 1 to 5 points. Thus, the best programme that receives the highest amount of points is chosen and awarded 5 points from the Committee.

PARTICIPANTS: All Participants invited to take part in the 1st stage of the Plebiscite (as well as people recommended by those Participants, who would like to join the voting) receive personalised links to a survey where they chose one, best loyalty project in each of the 6 categories, awarding from 1 to 5 points in each category, 5 being the maximum amount of points that can be awarded by the Participants.

STAGE 5

CHOSING LAUREATES

Votes cast on particular nominees chosen by the Committee and the Participants are summed up. The winner is the programme that received the highest amount of votes. The vote of the Committee makes up 50% of the final score, 50% is the vote of the Participants. In case of a draw the vote of Participants determines the winner.

STAGE 6

AWARDS GALA

The winners will be announced during the official Loyalty Awards 2016 Gala, held on 20th April 2017 in Cracow at 20:30.
