ABOUT THE FORUM

Customer Loyalty Summit is an annual gathering bringing together practitioners of loyalty building and managing client relations, the biggest organised in Poland. The 2016 edition was attended by over 200 Participants.

For 8 years the objective of the meeting has been constant: to support practitioners of the loyalty market in building and retaining long-term, emotional relations with the clients – key for developing sales on saturated markets.

The 2017 edition’s extensive agenda divided into 4 parallel sessions will allow us to focus on changes taking place on the Polish loyalty market, the distinct tendency to build loyalty individually, rather than with multiple partners, acquiring loyal clients (especially Millenials) and information about them as well as the challenge of digitalising programmes. All this will be accompanied by discussions about trends, visions, legal aspects and technologies that will revolutionise relation building models.

LOYALTY AWARDS

For the third time our community of professionals dealing with building client loyalty is going to choose the best projects and ventures in loyalty activities, performed in 2016 in Poland.

The plebiscite is organised in cooperation with TNS Poland. Substantive correctness of the projects will be supervised by the Awards Committee including practitioners of loyalty management, whose companies do not participate in the Plebiscite.
